Mediterranean Style renovation to home in Marlborough, MA

This project completely changes the  style of the interior space.  The new design gives a flair for the Mediterranean Villa, to an existing home built in the early 1970's.  This renovation is complete with a centralized feature fountain, a completely redesigned master bedroom and kitchen, new arched portal interior windows, and all new wall, floor and ceiling materials.

Highlighted by a spectacular fountain, extensive use of archways, and wrought iron railings, this renovation captures a Mediterranean theme requested by the Client.  Exterior renovations included removal of existing large decks an installation of a new trellis feature and remodeled screened porch with connecting stairs to patio.
