For development/ management firm, served as Staff Architect, Property Manager, and Construction Manager of 33 Million dollar, 220,000 S.F., mixed use office/ retail Mall facility and other various Retail and Rent Controlled properties.  Interfaced with local Building Officials and with Tenants such as The Gap, Bally's Holiday Fitness Club, Conran’s Habitat, Lesley College, and the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.

Projects included 33 million dollar renovation of Landmark building and various office and retail tenant fit-out and coordination.
