Does it seem like there is never enough storage space in your home?  Well, it did to this client and with a family that's on the go and through the door several times a day, the difference between outside and inside became a blur.  Hence the need for a much needed mud room / entry way, which opened up extra floor space in the kitchen and provided extra closet / storage space.  The addition is designed to accommodate a future garage within the allowable side yard setbacks.
